T is the universal non-executable language with the C++ like formal grammar, purposed for the information exchange between various communicators. Similar to the natural languages it is not confined to any particular representation domain and may be applied in any tasks requiring explicit informing. The language owns grammar moods enabling composition of code as non-executable or executable code and the semantics transmitted by its code consists of the conventional knowledge about object, actions, properties, states, etc. Assuming there is sufficient vocabulary, each text composed in a natural language can be adequately translated to T in the same way that it can be translated to another natural language (see T basics in "What is T" on this site).

T can be used for composing explicit specifications representing software, hardware, technical appliances, biology systems, knowledge representation systems, etc. It can also be used as a pivot language in the systems of automatic translations of natural languages.
